We believe finding and reporting bugs is essential for the improvement of the product and user experience. For this purpose, we have outlined the steps that you can follow for reporting a bug.

Let's begin.

Report a Bug on your iOS Device

Step 1: Launch Altrady app on your iOS device.

Step 2: You will see two options - Log in and Register

Step 3: Enter the Email Address and Password to log in to your Altrady account.

Step 4: Check and accept the terms and conditions before tapping on the Log in button.

Step 5: You will be redirected to the homepage.

Step 6: Tap on the Settings button at the bottom right of the application.

Step 7: Next, tap on the options from the top left corner of the application.

Step 8: Tap on the Report a Bug option from the sidebar.

Step 9: You will be redirected to the following page in the web browser.

Step 10: You will need to submit a ticket in order to report a bug.

Step 11: Enter the following:

Email address
Name (optional)
Subject
Description of the issue you are facing

You can even attach a screenshot of the issue you have experienced by clicking on the Attach a file button.

Step 12: Tap on the Submit button.

Step 13: You will see a message - Your ticket has been created.

Step 1: Launch Altrady app on your Android device.



Step 2: You will see two options - Log in and Register
