Expire Position At [Time]

Time-based expiry allows you to automatically cancel your Entry Order (and position) after a specified time period if no entries have filled. This feature can be useful in rapidly moving markets where you anticipate that your entry might not fill.

You can apply time-based expiry when creating an Entry Order, whether or not you include exit orders. It can also be added to existing orders, provided they have not yet been filled or partially filled. The feature is compatible with most Entry Order types, including Limit, Stop Order, Trailing Stop, and Ladder orders (but not Market orders, as they fill immediately). It works for both long and short positions.

Create Your Entry Order: Start by creating your Entry Order as usual.
Enable Expiry: Navigate to the "Expirations/Auto close" section and enable "Expire position at."
View Default Value: The default expiration time will be displayed in the Calendar input field, and a blue vertical line will appear on the chart at the specified time (based on the current chart time zone).

The smart Trailing Stop Loss orders: Average Entry and Follow Take Profit are very similar. Both offer protection for the remainder of your position once the first Take Profit order has been reached.

Description

Once TP1 is filled, the Stop Loss moves to the Average Entry Price.
On some platforms this is called “move stop loss to breakeven”.
Both types are suitable when two or more Take Profit orders are included in the smart order. When there is only one TP order, the Stop Loss will never move to the Average entry price, and will stay at its initial price throughout the trade.

The bot will create your position, manage one or more Entry orders, Take Profit orders and Stop Loss, either using settings taken from the signal, or your choice of settings.

This guide includes suggested settings for trader who are using the Signal Bot with CBS signals for the first time. Over time, we recommend that you adjust your settings to choose your own trading style.

While CBS signals are provided by Altrady, other signals are provided by other services. TBT signals are provided by Moonin' Papa. You can reach out to them on their website or Discord server for information about their signals and settings.

Unlike Copy Trading, using a Signal Bot is not a completely hands-off process. While the average win rate for CBS signals is very high (90-97% on average) it is not 100%. Every trader will need to decide what to do when a bot position does not return to profit in a reasonable amount of time. Alternatives are:

wait, possibly for a very long time
use a Stop Loss. There is no "perfect" stop loss value. We offer a suggestion here, but the market will change over time and the trader's tolerance of risk is also very important when choosing a value for SL.
