Signal Bot: Using the API with a Regular Signal Bot
An API is available for basic control of a regular (non-webhook) Signal Bot. Currently, the API can be used to set the bot to Active or Inactive (i.e. to Start or Stop the bot). The most common use case for stopping a signal bot is when conditions across the market become unfavourable for trading. In this scenario, the bot can be stopped automatically and then restarted either with a new signal or manually, when the conditions are right. Altrady’s Signal Bot Analytics allows you to track the success rate and PnL of your signal bot positions. Each Signal Bot has its own analytics. The Signal Bot Analytics is currently available in Altrady’s V4.0 release available here, or download and install from Settings>Check for Updates. To access the Analytics, select the Signal Bot from the Bots page, and choose the Analytics tab.
