How to Keep Your Altrady Account Safe

Altrady provides a host of security features to help you keep your account and cryptocurrency investment as safe as possible, but ultimately, security is a shared responsibility. Here are some actionable steps that you can take to help safeguard your investment and keep your Altrady account safe from unauthorized access.

1. Use a strong password- One of the best ways to keep your Altrady account secure is by using a strong password. Make sure you use a password that is long, random and unique to your Altrady account. Change your password here.

Never disclose your password to anyone. Altrady’s customer support team will never ask for your password.

2. Contact customer support- If at any time you have an account security concern or question, please do not hesitate to contact Altrady's support team.

Step- 1: To contact Altrady’s customer support, click on the Need support button located on the left-hand side of the screen.



Step -2: Once you click on the need support button, a modal window will appear on the screen. Type your message in the message box and hit enter to send it.





Users can also email their questions or queries to the customer support team at support@altrady.com.

3. Bookmark Altrady- Bookmark (https://app.altrady.com) in your browser and only use this link to access Altrady. If you ever receive any text messages or emails about your Altrady account, always use the saved bookmark to navigate to your Altrady account.

4. Enable Two-factor authentication on Altrady- Two-factor authentication is designed to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to your Altrady account with nothing more than a stolen password. With two-factor authentication, you can add an extra layer of security to your Altrady account in case your password is stolen.

5. Use a secure Internet connection- While trading or making crypto transactions, make sure you only use a secure Internet connection and avoid public WIFI networks. Even when accessing your home network, it is important that you use a VPN, Virtual Private Network.
