How to Connect Your Bitvavo Exchange Account to Altrady

  1. Log in to Bitvavo.com and open the Account dropdown menu.

Select "API*



  1. Click "Request New API Key"



  1. Give your API key a label.


  1. Go to Altrady:


  • Select Settings
  • Select "Exchange account API keys"
  • Click "+Connect Account"





  1. Select Bitvavo from the list of exchanges




  1. Click the Copy icon to copy the IP whitelist to the clipboard





  1. Go back to the Bitvavo exchange

Then set the permissions for your API key, as below.

And paste in the IP whitelist.




  1. Your new API Key and secret will be shown in a pop-up window.




  1. Copy the API and API Secret keys to the appropriate fields in Altrady.

Then click Save.



  1. Click Add to confirm.






  1. Go back to Bitvavo and confirm the API creation, you will need to confirm a email link also.





  1. You have created your API key, you will need to activate it.




  1. Your API should be activated now.



If you need to replace your API key at any time

You have successfully connected your Bitvavo exchange account with Altrady.

Your recent trade and order history will be automatically imported using your API key.

Traders with a paid subscription can manually import their earlier trade history at Settings>Exchange Import.

You can edit the details anytime by selecting the edit icon.


Never delete your API key in Altrady, since all of your trade, order, position and portfolio history will be lost. Instead, Edit the key and replace it.



If your balances haven't yet updated from the exchange, find out how to quickly update them:



On the Trading Terminal, you will find Bitvavo pairs here in the Markets widget. Filter by All or Spot.
