Replace your Bitvavo IP whitelist

How to replace the IP whitelist on your Bitvavo API keys


  1. Log in to Altrady and navigate to Settings>Exchange API keys browser link.
  2. Log in to Bitvavo here
  3. Navigate to Bitvavo API page quick link
  4. Follow the video instructions.
  5. Repeat for additional accounts and subaccounts.


For users on The Plan, note that the IP whitelist update **needs **to be completed by first switching "Back to Altrady". Updating the IP whitelist will not work via The Plan's version of Altrady.

Should I ever delete my Trading Account in Altrady?

Only in rare circumstances. Your trading account includes all of the history for the exchange account (trades, balances, orders, positions); if it is deleted or replaced, all of that data is lost and cannot be recovered.

If you need to create a new API key for any reason, always Edit the existing Altrady trading Account and replace the API key/secret pair with the new credentials.
