Update IP whitelists: Start Here
We’ve upgraded our IP infrastructure to improve stability and significantly reduce geo-IP errors. As part of this change, all live trading accounts must refresh the IP whitelist associated with their exchange API keys.
You’ll find an updated guide for every supported exchange linked below. The exact steps depend on the exchange, how the API keys were originally created, and whether you use both Spot and Futures accounts.
For each exchange you’ve connected in live mode, follow the instructions in the relevant guide to update your IP whitelist.

Frequently Asked Questions (all exchanges)
What happens if I delete my Trading Account in Altrady?
If you delete a Trading Account, all trade history and position data is permanently deleted. Don’t do this unless you are absolutely sure you no longer need any of that data.
If you're replacing an API key, always edit the existing Trading Account, never delete or create a new one.
I created a new API key—do I need a new Trading Account?
No. In Altrady, go to Settings > Exchange API Keys, find your Trading Account, and click Edit. Paste the new API key and secret here.
Do not create a new Trading Account unless you're connecting to a brand new exchange or user account.
My key was created using Fast Connect or Third Party. Why can’t I edit the IP whitelist?
These types of API keys are automatically generated by the exchange with pre-filled permissions and whitelists. Most exchanges do not allow you to edit the IP list on these keys.
In these cases, you’ll need to manually create a new key, then paste it into your existing Altrady Trading Account.
My spot and futures accounts use the same API key. What should I do?
Update the IP whitelist for the first account as shown in the video for the exchange. Note the first few IP addresses of the new whitelist. Edit the second trading account in Altrady and click the Refresh button in Altrady until the IP whitelist matches. Then click Update to fix the new whitelist to the second trading account.
What if I have Extra Keys attached to my original trading account?
Crypto.com, Huobi, Poloniex and Kraken trading account will often have more than one associated API key. Each API key on the exchange must be updated with the same IP whitelist.
Can I create my new API key using Fast Connect?
No. Fast Connect is only intended for new exchange connections.
Using Fast Connect will automatically create a new Trading Account in Altrady, which will not be linked to your existing trading history or positions.
When replacing an existing API key, do not use Fast Connect.
Instead:
- Manually create a new key on the exchange, or use the Third-party method if available (this automatically links Altrady's IP addresses)
- Then edit your existing Trading Account in Altrady and paste in the new key and secret
