Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Cryptocurrency markets can be volatile, with price movements happening rapidly. Alerts provide a crucial way to monitor these changes without needing constant attention to the markets. By setting up alerts, traders can be notified about price movements, trendline breaches, and candle close events, allowing them to take action in real time.
Timely Notifications: Stay updated on price changes without monitoring the chart continuously.
Risk Management: Avoid missing critical price points that could affect trading strategies.
Customisation: Tailor alerts to suit different strategies, whether you prefer to focus on short-term price movements or long-term trendlines.
New: Bar (candle) Close alerts
From v4.6, Alerts based on the price at the close of the bar are available for both price alerts and trendline alerts. Choose the appropriate Trigger option when creating the alert (see Settings).
