Understanding the "My Orders" Widget of Altrady

My Orders widget of Altrady makes your trading game interesting and better in a lot of ways. It offers comprehensive information to make sure that you cover all the important aspects of your buy and sell orders such as price, amount, status, and status among many others.

In this documentation, you will understand how to :

Activate the My Orders option
View Open Orders
Edit Open Orders
Cancel Open Orders
View Closed Orders

How to Activate the My Orders Widget



To activate the My Orders widget, navigate to the trading terminal of Altrady, hit the Widgets button, and tick the My Orders option.







There is no fixed position of the widgets as they can be populated and dragged anywhere on the interface based on the available space and the number of widgets already activated.

The widgets of Altrady can be dragged anywhere on the interface and can be organized by the users to their liking. For more information click here.

'My Orders' widget helps you see all the open and closed orders. For every order, the widget will allow you to check 8 parameters as illustrated below.


The Date and Time of the Order



The Market Name



You can click on any of the markets from the list to view and analyze the same. The selected market shall be displayed (via graph) right above the widget while replacing the existing one.

You can also right-click the market and explore other functions such as:

Open market (to view the market in existing tab)
Open in a new tab (to view the market in a new tab)
Copy market name
Add to watchlist
Remove all from the watchlist



Type (To check whether your order is a market order or a limit order)



Price (To check the price at which trade executes)



The Amount (To check the amount of trade)



Filled (To check how much order has been executed in its entirety)



Total (The total amount of coins spent for an order)



Status (To check the status of the order)



You can also add or remove the columns under the My Orders widget. Simply right-click the header and select or de-select the columns of your choice.

For example, you can add the Side column to check whether your order was a SHORT or LONG. Just right-click the header and tick the Side





Similarly, you can also uncheck certain columns that you don't want to view under the My Orders widget.

How To View Open Orders in the 'My Orders' Widget



There are 5 different methods to view the open orders in the My Orders widget. Each method illustrates the 'open orders' data differently. Let's check.

Method - 1. Select the Open Orders tab to view all the corresponding open orders.



Method - 2. Select the All Markets tab to view all the open orders in all the markets.



Method - 3. Select the All Exchanges tab to view all the open orders for all markets, from all the exchanges you have connected to Altrady.



Method - 4. Click on the existing market from the top-left section of the interface to switch to the new market. A pop-up window shall appear, providing you with a plethora of market options to choose from. Select the one you want to view.





You will be able to view only the open orders for the corresponding market.


If you want to view multiple markets at the same time, then simply add another tab to view the metrics of the new market. A pop-up window shall appear, providing you with a plethora of market options to choose from. Select the one you want to view.





Method - 5. Select the specific exchange (Binance, OKEx, Poloniex, etc.) you have connected with Altrady to view open orders for the selected market under the specific exchange selected.




How To Edit Open Orders in the 'My Orders' Widget



It is easy to edit the Open Orders through the 'My Orders' widget. However, two preconditions must be fulfilled before executing the edits:

Open Buy or Sell Orders have been already created.
The trading widget is active.

Let's check the steps now.

Step - 1: Click on the Open Orders tab under the 'My Orders' widget and select the desired market as well as the exchange to view your current open orders.



Step - 2: Check all the current open orders and decide the specific order you wish to edit. Now click on the ellipsis icon located at the very last column. You will see the following options:

Edit Order
Cancel Order



Step - 3: When you will select the Edit Order, the trading widget buy/sell order form will be generated based on the selected order.




Step - 4: Hit the "Place Order" button to save the updates. You will observe that the orders have been updated successfully.


How To Cancel Open Orders in the 'My Orders' Widget



It is easy to cancel your open orders in the 'My Orders' Widget. However, two preconditions that must be fulfilled before executing the cancellations:

Open Buy or Sell Orders have been already created.
The trading widget is active.

Let's check the steps now.

Step - 1: Click on the Open Orders tab under the 'My Orders' widget and select the desired market as well as the exchange to view your current open orders.




Step - 2: Check all the current open orders and decide the specific order you wish to cancel. Now click on the ellipsis icon located at the very last column. You will see the following options:

Edit Order
Cancel Order



Step - 3: When you will select the Cancel Order, a pop-up will appear with a message - "Are you sure you want to cancel this order".





Step - 4: Click on the Yes button and the corresponding entry shall be removed from the orders list.



How To View Closed Orders in the 'My Orders' Widget



There are 5 different methods to view the closed orders in the My Orders widget. Each method illustrates the 'open orders' data differently. However, a preconditions must be fulfilled before viewing the closed orders:

Closed orders are available

Let's check.

Method - 1: Select the Closed Orders tab to view corresponding closed orders.



Method - 2: Select the 'All markets' tab to view all the closed orders in all the markets.



Method - 3: Select the All Exchanges tab to view all the closed orders for all markets, from all the exchanges you have connected to Altrady.



Method - 4: Click on the existing market from the top-left section of the interface to switch to the new market. A pop-up window shall appear, providing you with a plethora of market options to choose from. Select the one you want to view.

You will be able to view only the closed orders for the corresponding market.

Method - 5: Select the specific exchange (Binance, OKEx, Poloniex, etc.) you have connected with Altrady to view closed orders for such a selected market under the specific exchange.
